Recession depth and width were measured with UNC 15 probe (Hu-Friedy)
Millers class I defects #13,12,11,21
Tooth #13 Recession Depth 3 mm width 3.5 mm
Tooth no #12 Recession Depth 2 mm width 3 mm
Tooth no #11 Recession Depth 2mm width 4 mm
Tooth no # 21 Recession Depth 2 mm Width 4 mm
Width of keratinized gingiva apical to defect with # 13 1mm, #12 2mm, #11 1 mm,#21 1 mm
Considering multiple recessions, clinical and patient related factors coronally advanced flap technique by Dr. Zucchelli was selected for the treatment.
Under local anesthesia, Oblique sub-marginal and intra sulcular incisions made with blade no 15c for an envelope flap , surgical and anatomic papillae created.
Envelope flap was raised in split-full-split approach, root planing was done with Gracey Currets ( Hu- Friedy) and de-epithelization of anatomic papillae done.
In one year follow up complete root coverage and increased in width of keratinized gingiva observed with tooth #13 #12 #11 #21.
