The patient came to the clinic with pain in several teeth. After she went through several problems with the old bridges and teeth she decided to make a change. Panoramic xrays and Cbct we decided the extractions and immediate implant placement. We placed an upper and lower full denture immediately after surgery as a temporary solution .”The reason I chose this case isn’t because of the good quality pictures (they were actually taken with a mobile phone) but because of the immediate change in the smile of the patient after removing the old bridges and placing the full dentures. She was very happy with the short term results “. It’s amazing how two pictures can show such a difference.
