Prosthetics and periodontal management in the aesthetic zone.
A 30 years old patient presented due to problems related to the previous prosthetic crowns on the upper central incisors.
In the same matter she was not happy about the shapes of the lateral incisors.

The chief complaint was aesthetics and the fact that one of the central incisor crown lost its retention.
The treatment plan was to recover the tooth structures and delay implant therapy as much as possible.
We were expecting little tooth structure left after crowns removal and decided to perform surgical crown lengthening. That is the reason why prior to crowns removal a direct mock-up has been made, which also served as a surgical guide.

After endodontic retreatment, surgical crown lengthening was perform on both central incisors and imediate provisionals.
The treatment plan for the lateral incisors was noprep emax veneer on the right lateral incisor and replacing the previous crown on the left one.
All the retreated teeth were prepped shoulderless and knifeedge zirconia prosthetic crowns were manufactured.
