This case of a 47 y.o. male suffering from very bad oral hygiene and asked for restoring aesthetics and enhancing appearance.
Due to his limited budget and time, the following treatment plan was made:
1-Scaling and root planing.
2-Extraction of broken tooth # 24 remaining root (not shown in the Panorama).
3-Endodontic treatment for teeth #21 and #25.
4-Restoring badly decayed and broken restorations of teeth #14 and #15.
5-PFM bridge from tooth #15 to #25 (due to very limited budget).
6-Removable partial dentures for teeth (#16, 17, 26 and 27) and (#36, 45, 46 and 47).
As mentioned before, because of small budget and limited working time, this treatment plan was put. However, for better results, implants and emax or zircon crowns would be used.
