The patient showed up in the clinic with the desire of a bleaching. I recommended porcelain veneers. We had just a few days as the patient leaved abroad and this was my second experience with indirect veneers so we were a bit anxious about the final result. In 2 days we did treatment plan, with a digital smile design transferred to a wax up and later mock up. Patient did her suggestions in DSD and liked her new smile in mock up. An immediate dentin bonding was done in the incisal dentin prior to impression. In the try in patient liked very much her new smile. Tooth conditioning was done with roughening the IDS part, phosphoric acid for 30 sec, rinse, air dry and alcohol dry, adhesive, and porcelain conditioning with 10 % Hydrophilic acid, rinse, 4 min alcohol ultrasonic bath, air dry, 3 coats salinization, heat dry 1 min, adhesive. A white enamel composite was used as luting agent.
