Diagnosis: aesthetic disadvantages, deep bite, right side cross bite, Angle 2.2 , orthodontic treatment refused
Intention: gum surgery, aesthetic crown lengthening, minimal invasive bonded porcelain restoration on refractory dies #14-23, #13 with palatal covering
Materials: ivoclar vivadent IPS d.SIGN ceramic, Vario Link II Base, neutral
Treatment plan:
1 diagnostic waxup with gingiva reposition and mock up
2 aesthetic crown lengthening
3 2nd diagnostic waxup and mock up after gum healing
4 minimal preparation for glass ceramic laminates #14-23
5 try in and adhesive luting
