My patient: 67 years old female patient presented with moderate-severe sign of bruxism. She was interested in improving her smile.
Tx plan:
1. Wax up model (crowns #5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 ,27 and 3-unit bridge 9-P-11)
2. Crown prep #5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27. Extraction #10. Patient wasn’t interested in implant restoration to replace #10.
3. Chair side provisional crowns and bridge 9-P-11.
4. Final restoration.
5. One month follow up.
