Labor: Home.
Medical History: good health.
Dental History: Trauma on Anterior zone (accident) and multiple restorations.
Medical reason: She wants a second treatment opinion. “I want to change my restorations”.

Image 4-5: Dx Wax up on Semi Adjustable articulator.

Image 6-13: CT guide with gutta-percha for radiographic contrast, we decided to plan 4 implants in zone of 12,11,21 and 22. Patient has a bone defect on zone of 23.

Image 14-15: We removed the anterior bridge and made a mock up with Bis-acryl resin, i should change the canted plane on the wax up.

Image 20: We used some composite guide to select our transephitelial abutments.

Image 21: Transephitelial abutments and provisional abutments were selected.

Image 22-25: Fixed Provisionals using Bis-acrylic resin.

Image 29-33: Open tray impression for anterior zone and crowns impression were made with double cord technique.
Zirconia layered restorations, screw retained on anterior and cemented on crowns.
