Full mouth rehabilitation
ALL CLINICAL CASES
35 years-old male patient came to our practice. He desperately wanted to improve his smile, appearance and self-confidence.
Intraoral examination:
Timeworn metal-ceramic crown on 17, 16, 26, 27, 37, 36, 46, 47. Timeworn metal- ceramic bridge 32-42. Gingivitis and hypertrophic gum in trans-canine sector. Reduced VDO/ unstable occlusion. Hypodontia 31, 41.
Treatment:
Periodontal treatment was done after removing the old crowns and replacing them with temporary crown made of Protemp II. After healing of the soft tissue we started with prosthetic rehabilitation. After teeth preparation we made PMMA cad/cam manufactured temporary crowns and we increased the VDO for 2 mm. We used ARTEX rotofix-facebow and ARTEX articulator. The patient didn’t have any problems with the new bite and VDO. Two weeks later, we continued the rehabilitation with all-ceramic crowns.

• Amann Girrbach zirconia for framework made in cad/cam system
• DeguDent cercon ceram Kiss for veneering
