After examination and discussion with the patient, full mouth rehabilitation with zirconia frame single crowns and bridges was planned.
(Despite the fact that our suggestion was to place implants for the missing teeth, the patient refused)
Steps
– Consultation, X-ray, photo documentation, diagnostical alginate impressions/models
– Wax up, silicone key, discussion of the treatment plan with the patient
– Crown lengthening and mock up (with the help of the silicone key- luxatemp star DMG)
– Teeth preparation, intraoral scanning with CEREC AC Omnicam, silicone impressions (with cord)
– Crown placement
– Recall + photo documentation
* zirconia frames were made after an intraoral scanning with the CEREC Omnicam by Sirona and the millied with CEREC MCXL
