Pacient 65 years old presented an old and fractured 4 teeth bridge (24-27). He presented generalized tooth wear, and problems while eating. He asked for a new bridge with a very good aesthetic result.
Treatment plan: Remove the defect bridge, correct potential defects on the teeth that may have caused aesthetic or other problems, impression and the opted by the patient new metal-ceramic bridge.
