Chief complaint: pt complaints of broken denture and wants to replace it .
Diagnosis: broken cast patrial denture .
Missing: 12 , 11, 21 , 22.
Treatment plan: replaentry of cpd followed pfm crown’s .
Initially existing denture was removed, a supra and subgingival scaling was done. Patient was adviced for a hexidine mouth wash. On 3 Rd day after scaling patient was reviewed and her gingival conditions were satisfactory and minimal tooth prep done irt 13, 23, 24, impressions were taken with putty and light body. And den metal try inn was done. With shade guide b3 the final bridge came.
Ps: patient was financially compromised and she couldn’t afford for an implant.
