Diagnosis: Chronic Periodontal Disease.

ICF (Intraoral Compromising Factors): Removed & Cleaned.
BQI (Bone Quality Index): D1/D3.
BVT (Bone VASCULARISATION Type): HIGH.
Gingival Biotype: Thick.
Treatment Protocol: perio-implant-prostodontics disciplinary.
Implant Protocol: MiS dental implants / Model: Seven – bone level.
Implantation Method: Open Flap (Piezo used for bone leveling and Physio for implantation).
Surgical Guide: NO
Diagnostic X-ray: 3D CBCT and OPG X-ray.
Suture Type: Poliamid Suture 75CM 5/0 Cutting 16MM 3/8 circle cutting.
Hemostasis: NORMAL BIOLOGICAL
Treatment time: 8 months in 3 stages:
1) Extraction of all teeth, cleaning, debrigment of all patogenic factors, removable prosthesis temporary (2 months).
2) Implantation of 12 dental implants (5 months).
3) Prosthetic phase: up and down PFM (CoCr-nickel free) circular bridges, screw retained with multi units. (1 month).
