M.F., aged 38, came to under our observation because he wasn’t satisfied with his smile. He refused orhodontic treatment, he wanted to close the diastema, solve some discoloration on upper central incisors and wanted bigger teeth, too.
After doing photos, using procedures of digital smile design we planned the changes to do regarding the teeth. The patient was satisfied with the proposed changes and we realized to use feldspatic veneers to modify his smile.
Then we had taken an impression and we built a diagostic wax-up and a silicone check for the building of a mockup to test aesthetic and function.
When were was satisfied of the obtained result, and started to prepare the teeth with the auxilium of a silicone check to verify the thickness.
At the end we mounted the veneers with bonding techniques fully isolating the operative field.
