A 72 years old caucasian man patient complained about widespread pain and cosmetic dissatisfaction of his smile, particularly referred to his superior arch.
Clinical and radiological examination revealed a bad teeth cleaning situation, numerous caries, incongruous prosthesis. Absence of joint pain.
Due to a mechanical occlusion problem and a left cantilever problem, We decided to work with monolithic and laminate materials.
The patient decided to intervene in two steps giving precedence to the upper arch.
Consequently to health problems of the patient’s family, We didn’t proceed to the inferior arch rehabilitation yet.
