Patient aged 56, female, baker, view the signs of widespread dental caries. The medical history was negative for any pathology of dental interest, She was no smoker and desired a beautiful smile for to be able to smile own customers. Fig 1
The analysis of the oral cavity can be seen a series of restorations incongruous, cross bite of element 4.3 and a migration and malposition of same element due to loss element 3.6.
The our rehabilitation started removing and redoing the incongruous restorations and dental caries that involved all teeth.
After taking the maxillary and mandibular impressions and the photos intra and extraoral we make a full arch in temporary resin for restore a nice smile after abutment preparations. Fig 2; 3.
Two months later we make a digital smile for to work out a virtual wax up on dental abutments for to create the final smile vision the most similar to initial shape and color teeth. Fig 4
We used the simple crowns in LP and ceramics for the rehabilitation getting an satisfactory final result. Fig 5;6;7;8.
