This young female came to our clinic for aesthetic reasons.
She is 36 years old, has free medical history and is a smoker.
Patient mentioned that: “As long as she remembers herself she never smiled because of her discolored teeth (assuming tetracyclin) When she smiles she doesn’t see enough of her lower teeth and she wants to do something with the lateral incisors at the maxilla.
She doesn’t want to have any kind of surgery an she won’t stop smoking.”
