Treatment objective:
Rampant caries not uncommon in dental clinics in Saudi Arabia which reflects negatively on patient lifestyle so intervention is required . The main objective is to gain the patient confidence and cooperation relieving their pain, restoring esthetic and maintain good dental health with functional integrity also increase their awareness .
Treatment outcome:
Treatment provided started in March 2010 up to end of Feb 2011 it took around one year with few numbers of unattended visits, follow up done after two months of treatment , five months and seven months of treatment . The patient shows a great improvement in both Esthetic and medical health in spite of challenges faced such as orthodontic treatment and endodontic surgery .
Conclusion:
The periodic follow up with a good compliance to a good oral hygiene and diet control affect the situation positively .
